Upgrading the Demo Trial to a Hosting & Support Plan
Upgrading your current website isn't difficult at all. You're just a couple clicks away. Please note, if your site is suspended (which happens automatically to sites that have not been upgraded after the 30 day demo trial period), you will need to contact us by submitting a support ticket or by calling 1-231-421-7160. If your site is not suspended, follow the simple steps below to upgrade your site.
First, log in to your CloudAccess.net Client Area.
Once in your Client Area, scroll down to the list of your free demo sites or "Trials". Locate the product (the site) that you'd like to upgrade, and click on the "Upgrade to a Paid Plan!" button for that product. You can also hover your mouse over the gray "Options" button in the right column, and select the "Upgrade/Downgrade" button that appears in the drop down menu.
Choose the hosting plan & billing cycle that best suits your needs. Detailed descriptions of our Standards, Business, and Pro plans can be found on our Pricing Page. Beneath the hosting plan, you can also specify your billing cycle from the drop down box. The default cycle is monthly, but you can change this and pay for your website quarterly, semi-annually, annually or even biennially. Click the "Click to Continue" button beneath the hosting plan of your choice.
Check your order to make sure everything is correct, and select your payment method. You can choose to pay via credit card or PayPal. Click the "Click to Continue" button.
Please make sure your full contact information is complete. If paying via credit card, add your credit card information and click the blue "Click to Continue" button. If paying via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal where you can log in and place your payment.
Place your order, and you'll be done. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after completing your order.
